Driving Customer Care Initiatives with Horizontal Deployment
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction – CSI
Driving Spares and Lube Business
Provide technical support to distributors for quick resolution of product concerns
Take up product concerns with Product Support Team
Liaise for service trials – new products
Provide technical training to the distributor Personals
Handling of Warranty Process & Claim Processing
Service and Parts Network Development
Organizing Product Demos & Features Sharing
Any other duties assigned by the Management time to time.
Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering – 10 Yrs Experience / B.Tech / B.SC in Mechanical Engineering – 7 to 8 Yrs Experience
At most 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Group of Companies, Motor Workshop, Multinational Companies, Trading or Export/Import
28 to 35 year(s)
Should have Experience Preferably in Tractor Industry /Automobile Industry
Excellent Track Record with Communication Skill
Proficient in MS Office Package.
